U S researchers found that two new compounds contribute to the treatment of diabetes

Harvard School of Public Health United States, a research group found that two are called PBA (4-phenyl buryric acid) and TUDCA (Taurine-conjugeated derivative) compounds contribute to diabetes, obesity and diabetes that they can resume normal mice glucose levels and normal insulin activity, and reduce the risk of fatty liver disease. Currently, the U.S. FDA has approved the PBA for human clinical trials of urea cycle disorders. TUDCA has been used in human cholesterol stagnation of liver disease prophylaxis.
